Shipping Policy
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Processing times may be slightly delayed during high-volume periods.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. Golden State Greek is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Golden State Greek is not responsible for packages once they have been handed off to the shipping carrier, including lost, stolen, or delayed shipments.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@goldenstategreek.com with your order number and photos so we can resolve the issue.
Returns & Refunds Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
Restocking Fee
A restocking fee may apply and will be deducted from your refund if applicable.

Exchanges
